I started my balloon journey with the purchase of a simple balloon kit from Woolworths. One that contained 20 balloons, a pump and the few basic beginning balloons. I had tried many years before, though rather unsuccessfully. Luckily I had more luck this time around!
From there I brought as many books as I was able to from the local Spotlight. It was not until I went online that my eyes were really opened to the infintite possibilities with balloons! It was really an eye opener to me.
One of the most invaluable resources out there to twisters is the wonderful people who are out there on the world wide web sharing their knowledge. One of the best places I have found and wholeheartedly recommend is Balloon-Animals.com, and in particular the forum there.
In regards to many of the outfits you see me wearing whilst I twist, it is often likely one that I have either designed and/or made by myself, and this includes some of my footwear that I have made. This helps to make me even more unique and an invaluable addition to your next event!
